Our beautifully furnished villa has 3 main bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outside pool with pool cage and lanai.We also have high speed internet access and Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom, which enjoys access to the pool and lanai area, has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with luxury corner spa bath, large shower and twin vanity units. The pool area, with gas BBQ, faces south and therefore enjoys sunshine all day long. 
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom.
The cosy den has a 32" flat screen satellite TV plus Blu-Ray/DVD player with access to Wi-Fi for NetFlix/Vudu subscribers.
Our secluded outdoor solar heated pool has a child safety guard and the pool deck is fully equipped with patio furniture, sunloungers and a gas barbecue. Sanderling is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all major rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker and hi-fi system.
All bedlinen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided and there is a separate utility room with washer and tumble dryer.
The double garage has an automatic door opener for your convenience. You will also find two adult size bicycles in the garage - our area lends itself to bike rides along the beautiful quiet roads with their canals and trees.
